Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Crayloo collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. What we collect

  • Account: your email and a securely hashed password.
  • Usage: credit balance, generation history (metadata), and basic logs to run and protect the service.
  • Images: pictures you upload, processed to create your coloring page (see AI processing below).
  • Payments: handled by Paddle — we never see or store your card details.
  • Cookies: a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party ad-tracking cookies on paid accounts.

2. How we use it

To provide the service, meter AI credits, prevent abuse and fraud, and respond to support requests.

3. AI processing

In Free mode, conversion happens entirely in your browser — your image never leaves your device. In AI mode, your image is sent to a third-party AI image provider to generate the line art. We do not use your images to train AI models.

4. Who we share with

Only the providers needed to run Crayloo: Paddle (payments) and our AI image provider (AI mode only). We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

We keep your account data until you delete your account. We do not permanently store the images you upload — they are processed transiently to create your result. We keep generation metadata (date and credits used) for accounting and abuse prevention.

6. Children's privacy

Crayloo is intended for adults (parents and teachers). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children should use printed results under adult supervision. If you believe a child provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data — email [email protected]and we'll help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR or similar laws.

8. Security & changes

We use reasonable safeguards (hashed passwords, encrypted transport). No system is perfectly secure. We may update this policy and will post the new date here. Contact: [email protected].
