Refund Policy

Crayloo sells digital goods (AI credits and subscriptions) through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments and refunds on our behalf.

1. Subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If you cancel within 14 days of a charge and have not used the credits granted for that period, contact us for a full refund.
• Credits that have already been used are non-refundable.

2. Credit packs

One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 daysif the credits are unused. Once a pack's credits have been (partly) used, that pack is non-refundable.

3. Failed generations

If an AI generation fails, its credit is automatically returned to your balance — no action needed.

4. How to request a refund

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email [email protected] with your account email and order details. We typically respond within a few business days.

5. Free mode

Free (in-browser) mode is always free — there is nothing to refund.
