Terms of Service

Welcome to Crayloo ("Crayloo", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Crayloo website and apps that turn pictures into printable coloring pages. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Crayloo (the "Operator") is an independently operated service based in Algeria. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record (see section 5).

1. The service

Crayloo converts an uploaded picture into black-and-white line art. It offers a Free mode that runs entirely in your browser at no cost, and an AI mode that uses credits to produce cleaner line art via a third-party AI image provider.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to hold an account.
• Crayloo is designed for parents, teachers, and other adults. Children may color the printed results, but the account must be held and operated by an adult.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

• You must own, or have permission to use, every image you upload.
• Do not upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise harmful, or that depicts real children inappropriately.
• Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent credits or security.

4. Your content & AI output

You keep all rights to the images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. In AI mode, your image is sent to our AI image provider to generate the line art. Output is provided "as is"; AI results can be imperfect, and you are responsible for how you use them.

5. Credits, plans & payments

• 1 credit = 1 AI generation. Plans grant monthly credits; credit packs are one-time.
• Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle appears on your statement and issues your receipt.
• Prices and plan contents may change; changes apply to future billing periods.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. If an AI generation fails, the credit is automatically returned to your balance.

7. Intellectual property

The Crayloo name, app, and design are owned by the Operator. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using Crayloo at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
